Represents a version range. Version ranges can be built programmatically or parsed with the following definition:

Range	Meaning
1.0	x >= 1.0
(,1.0]	x <= 1.0
(,1.0)	x < 1.0
[1.0]	x == 1.0
[1.0,)	x >= 1.0
(1.0,)	x > 1.0
(1.0,2.0)	1.0 < x < 2.0
[1.0,2.0]	1.0 <= x <= 2.0
