Interface ExtensionFactory

public interface ExtensionFactory

A factory that can take a Descriptor and transform it into an actual Extension. It does not simply performs a transformation between the two representation models. It also discovers available DescriberPostProcessor and executes them to enrich the model before doing the transformation.

Creates a Extension from the given Descriptor using a specifing describingContext

Parameters:

descriptor - a Descriptor. Cannot be null

describingContext - a DescribingContext, useful to specify custom settings
