Recent agent-rule runs, newest first, for the run-history view.

Deliberately in-memory and bounded for this phase: a run record is operational visibility, not audit truth (the audit trail is the activity log and task comments, which are persisted). Restart loses the window; the durable transcript store arrives with the assistant-side headless-run API, which persists runs at the source.
