extends RuntimeException

A failed gateway operation: a policy refusal (feature disabled, agent not allowlisted), an unreachable or misbehaving remote agent, or an A2A protocol error.

The message is written for the release author who configured the task — it states what was refused or what failed and what to do about it, and never contains credentials.
