Parameters:

taskId - the remote task id

contextId - the remote context id, or null

state - the task's lifecycle state; poll again while !state.isTerminal()

text - the agent's most relevant textual output so far: the latest artifact's text parts if any, otherwise the status message's text parts; null if none

confidence - the agent's self-reported confidence in [0..1] if it supplied one (looked up in task, artifact and status-message metadata under "confidence"), otherwise null. Self-reported and unverified — a policy signal, never a policy decision by itself.
