What a plugin-contributed A2A skill produced: either an immediate text artifact (the A2A task completes as the method returns), or a release the skill started — typically through the bridged TemplateApi/ReleaseApi — whose live state becomes the A2A task from then on (working, input-required while a gate waits on a human, completed/failed with the release). Exactly one of the two members is set. Immutable.
