Locates a `test-plugins/*` bundle jar already built by Gradle, for integration tests that install a real OSGi bundle rather than a hand-rolled in-memory one.

Generalizes PluginLifecycleTestSupport.findBuiltJar (core/xlr-server test sources, package-private) so it is reachable from core/xlr-server-integration-tests too, which needs the same lookup against a real Spring/DB integration harness. No Gradle task dependency wires the two modules together (consistent with every existing caller of the core/xlr-server original): the referenced project's `jar` task must have already run, e.g. as part of a full ./gradlew build.
