public interface PluginExtensionRegistry
Host-facing read API for discovering plugin implementations of HostExtensionPoint subtypes. The only supported way for host code to reach a plugin's extension-point beans - never `@Autowired` directly into the root ApplicationContext, since plugin beans are never registered there.

Registration/removal (register/unregister) are intentionally not part of this interface: they are OSGi-plumbing concerns (PluginContextFactory, PluginBundleTracker), not something ordinary host `@Autowired` consumers should be able to call. Depend on PluginExtensionRegistryImpl directly for those.

      Returns:
      a freshly-built, independent list - never a live view - of every registered implementation of type, in registration order. No ordering/priority beyond registration order is supported in v1; this is a documented limitation, not an accidental behavior to discover later.
